Cinderella
Dangerous Heat

real name - unknown
age - 18-25
thought to be a caucasian female

Cinderella, as dubbed by the ever-creative media, is a vicious serial killer on the prowl in the warehouse district of Los Angeles, California. There is some disagreement among the profilers (Jess Mitchell and Gavin McGuiness) as to whether this perpetrator is male or female, though the general consensus is that this offender is something unheard of among serial murderers...female.

Cinderella is a mixed-type offender. That is, this person displays organized and disorganized traits. The weapon of choice is fire, an organized trait in that arson destroys evidence and oftentimes, involves premeditation. But at the same time, the offender shows disorganization in that she uses combustibles found on site to fuel the blazes.

Since 2003, Cinderella has been responsible for the deaths of at least nine people, three of whom were small children, with the most recent taking place in April, 2007. With no credible leads, these cases are in danger of being moved to the cold case files.

Will the profilers on the scene ever come to an agreement? Will the LAPD identify the killer terrorizing Los Angeles before anyone else dies?

Read Dangerous Heat to find out.
